Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with data science, AI, and big data.
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing and shipping production-level models.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, Spark, and/or T-SQL.
- Extensive experience with data lakes, data warehouses, NoSQL databases, and APIs.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills through analytics and visualization.
- Ability to set up data and experimental platforms.
- Open to approximately 10% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data science projects and drive innovation.
- Build predictive models and analytical solutions using Azure ML, Open AI, and Databricks.
- Mentor and upskill junior teammates.
- Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage client relationships and facilitate Agile project delivery.
- Perform hands-on implementation of Microsoft data solutions.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems.
- Develop Statements of Work and proposals for client requirements.
