Requirements
- Extensive professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in design, testing, refactoring, architecture, and maintenance.
- Ability to work across different languages, stacks, and domains.
- Experience working in autonomous environments.
- Practical exposure to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Cursor.
- Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality software using modern engineering practices.
- Work primarily across Java, TypeScript, and adjacent ecosystems.
- Use AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
- Help integrate AI into day-to-day engineering practices.
- Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural direction.
- Work closely with clients, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify ambiguity, clarify problems, and take initiative.
- Share knowledge and raise engineering standards across teams.
