Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Basic familiarity with email marketing concepts: deliverability, segmentation, open/click-through rates.
  • Proficiency with data and digital tools (dashboards, spreadsheets).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Great written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Eagerness to learn marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or SendGrid (preferred).
  • Basic HTML knowledge or willingness to learn email templating (preferred).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns.
  • Help set up and QA automated lifecycle flows including onboarding and retention triggers.
  • Support the management of audience lists, segmentation, and suppression files.
  • Assist in preparing email templates in collaboration with design.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars.
  • Support A/B test setup and document results.
  • Compile and maintain performance reports on key metrics.
  • Ensure campaign compliance with CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
  • Maintain documentation of workflows and operational processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams.
