Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with Bachelors, or 5 years with Advanced Degree.
  • AS9100/9110 audit experience.
  • Ability to travel as required (minimum 30%).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Access, Power Point, Excel).
  • CORE Champion or working towards CORE proficiency preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and quality manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct quality system, process, and product audits.
  • Update digital audit system and issue corrective actions.
  • Actively work within the SAP system to process/close out quality notifications.
  • Research component/module history and identify service master activity.
  • Manage supplier quality issues through monitoring/escalation processes and escape management.
  • Process supplier submission of non-conforming material.
  • Facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions.
  • Generate and modify quality-controlled documentation.
