Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience spanning product management, software engineering, and technical delivery.
- Proven experience leading highly technical programs involving cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and data platforms.
- Background across the complete product lifecycle from discovery through production support.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing strategic technology investment.
- Leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives in matrixed or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI and automation into production solutions.
- Deep understanding of modern DevOps practices, CI/CD optimization, and observability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products across multiple strategic initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, technical requirements, and delivery roadmaps.
- Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet performance and compliance standards.
- Drive backlog prioritization, technical sequencing, and delivery planning.
- Act as a hands-on technical product leader, contributing to prototyping, troubleshooting, and CI/CD improvements.
- Promote and institutionalize AI-native engineering practices.
- Monitor delivery metrics and operational KPIs to improve product velocity.
- Lead technical discovery and product design sessions.
- Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring dependencies and risks are managed.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
