Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects
- Experience within fintech, payments, blockchain, or cryptocurrency-related industries
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on operational improvement and efficiency
- Ability to work effectively in remote and cross-functional international teams
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- PMI certification or similar project management certifications are considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of internal and external technology projects from initiation through delivery
- Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage customer communication, expectations, feedback collection, and reporting throughout project delivery
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, technical documentation, and status reports
- Ensure quality control, task prioritization, deadline management, and successful delivery outcomes
- Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for process optimization and operational improvements
- Develop presentations and reporting materials for leadership and project stakeholders
