Requirements
- 5+ years of professional programming experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in HTML/CSS and Javascript, particularly with React applications.
- Strong understanding of and experience with one of the following: Python, Ruby, Java, C++, C#, or Go.
- Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Comfort with Linux/Unix command line.
- Exceptional and proven web development experience.
- Eager to take ownership of work and collaborate through the product development lifecycle.
- Track record of delivering quality code in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of The Zebra comparison product using Python, Django, FastAPI, GraphQL, and ReactJS.
- Deliver focused, maintainable, and performant code across cloud-hosted microservices.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and leadership to rapidly build, iterate, test, and deploy features.
- Scale and optimize existing products and tools to support growth.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor for other engineers.
