Requirements
- BA/BS degree in computer related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Partner Communities, and/or Partner Relationship Management.
- Experience in digital partner engagement and digital transformation programs.
- Proficiency in requirements definition and management.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and project management software like Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Salesforce.com certification recommended.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
- Lead the IT delivery of key programs or initiatives for the Global Channel or Partner Marketing organizations.
- Develop program scope, cost and timelines while meeting business goals.
- Manage the technical design diligence process and engage stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and convert to functional IT system requirements and/or user stories.
- Execute test scenarios for system and integration testing.
- Manage assigned portfolio of work including migrations, deprecations, and tech stack simplification.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
