Requirements
- Strong, production-quality Python programming skills.
- Solid cloud infrastructure fundamentals including Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Operational mindset with focus on reliability, documentation, and customer experience.
- Genuine curiosity and interest in AI infrastructure.
- Collaborative approach with experience in pairing and design reviews.
- Experience with AI-powered developer tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Xero's agentic platform for creating and deploying AI agents.
- Develop platform components using Python, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Support AI workloads at scale.
- Build evaluation and observability tooling for responsible AI use.
- Evolve the AI Gateway to provide secure access to LLM providers.
