Requirements
- Production-grade experience across AI engineering, full-stack development, and data
- Proficiency in RAG pipeline design including vector stores, chunking, and re-ranking
- Expertise in agentic AI systems using LangGraph
- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Experience with Next.js component architecture and state management
- Experience with PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization
- Experience building automation workflows using Celery or Temporal
- Proficiency in dbt for transformation logic and analytics engineering
- Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and containerized delivery
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation through system design, build, and production deployment
- Design and build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems using LangGraph
- Build and compose AI capabilities using MCP servers, Skills, and Plugins
- Develop Next.js frontends for intuitive AI workflows
- Build Python-based APIs and backend services using FastAPI and PostgreSQL
- Design and implement automation workflows using Celery, Temporal, or equivalent
- Architect and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT), data models, and dbt-based analytics engineering layers
- Set up and own CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments on AWS and Azure
