Requirements
- Strong operational knowledge and experience within a Traffic Office environment.
- Deep understanding of Central System functionality.
- Working knowledge of BINS, Wasted Journey Management, OTIF, CRS Log Management, QLS, and TC77.
- Confident and clear communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable presenting over Microsoft Teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of a new modular training programme for all new Traffic Dispatchers.
- Step away from day-to-day operations to shape dispatcher training.
- Work closely with colleagues across the network.
- Deliver engaging training sessions.
- Share best practice.
- Support new starters in building skills and confidence.
