Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a trading environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Sciences
- Data-obsessed with excellent mathematical skills
- Able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Excellent time-management skills
- Able to work remotely
- Fully flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Responsibilities
- Monitor ticker for sharp action and escalate appropriately
- Action Retrospective Risk reports and update CRS with clear patron notes
- Resolve grading/settlement, over ask, and customer support queries
- Support ad-hoc tasks across teams
- Mentor Associate Traders with clear guidance of best risk practices
- Manage bet limits and market restrictions by customer type or segment
- Analyze player-level profitability and behavior
- Adjust limits, voids, or restrictions based on real-time data
- Collaborate with Fraud and Trading on suspicious activity
