- Identify and assess automation and process-improvement opportunities across business units.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
- Work with internal development teams and external vendors to design, build, and implement automation solutions.
- Maintain a portfolio of automation initiatives and lead structured discovery sessions and a self-service intake process.
- Evaluate opportunities using effort, risk, return on investment, compliance, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee solution delivery and manage external automation and AI vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with engineering, data, security, and product teams on integration and operational readiness.
- Define and track KPIs including hours saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvement, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
