Requirements
- 7+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA).
- 4+ years of hands-on Saviynt implementation experience.
- Expertise in Saviynt workflows, rules, APIs, and connectors.
- Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (JML).
- Experience with certification and access review processes.
- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise and cloud applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with senior engineers and architects.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical architecture of Saviynt IGA solutions across modules.
- Design scalable and secure identity workflows aligned with business requirements.
- Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and connector implementations.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and performance problems.
- Lead design and optimization of access requests, certification campaigns, and JML automation.
- Lead design and troubleshooting of integrations with Active Directory, Workday, and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical oversight to system integrators and partners.
- Support production readiness and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
