Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including senior or technical lead roles.
- Expert-level Java EE development.
- Experience with PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, C/C++, and Linux/Unix environments.
- Proficiency designing, consuming, and producing RESTful web services.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, Agile principles, TDD, CI/CD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java EE applications and integrations for our client portfolio.
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end development of Atlassian Marketplace add-ons.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements, estimates, and solution design.
- Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and RFP responses.
- Support project delivery in partnership with Project Managers.
- Participate in the sales cycle by providing technical credibility and solution design input.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior developers on the team.
