Requirements
- 5+ years building production systems with a growth and experimentation specialism.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular).
- Deep familiarity with experimentation practices like controls, test groups, and significance.
- Strong product analytics skills (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment).
- Experience building or owning a PLG funnel end-to-end.
- Background in a company with mature experimentation practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to balance data with user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship a self-serve sign-up and payment flow.
- Define and instrument trial limits like AI credit budgets and storage caps.
- Surface high-intent upsell signals to the sales team.
- Own the new-user journey from sign-up to first branded content.
- Apply the hook model to every step of the activation surface.
- Work with the AI team on innovative features for new users.
- Stand up the experimentation platform and run controlled experiments.
- Measure short-term conversion and long-term outcomes like retention and LTV.
- Operate as the in-house growth engineering expert.
