Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with DevEx, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused roles
- Strong experience building and optimizing CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
- Experience building internal tools using languages such as Python, Go, or Ruby
- Familiarity with observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Sentry)
- Exposure to security and quality scanning tools (e.g., Snyk, Semgrep)
- Understanding of developer productivity concepts such as DORA metrics
Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance CI/CD pipelines, improving build speed, reliability, and quality gates
- Build internal developer tooling to streamline workflows and improve onboarding
- Develop observability and engineering health dashboards
- Design and implement automation for infrastructure and platform operations
- Integrate AI-powered tools into engineering workflows
- Collaborate with platform and product teams to define developer standards
- Manage containerized environments and support scalable infrastructure
