Requirements
- Solid experience in Java development, with strong focus on automated testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka for messaging and validation in distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools, especially Rest Assured, and RESTful services concepts.
- Experience with Cypress or Selenium for UI and end-to-end test automation.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
- Practical experience with GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline configuration and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP services and their validation approaches.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles applied to test automation, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for backend, API, and UI layers, ensuring high coverage and reliability.
- Build and execute automated tests using Java-based frameworks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Validate data streams and event-driven architectures using Kafka, ensuring integrity across distributed systems.
- Develop and maintain API automation suites using tools such as Rest Assured for RESTful services validation.
- Implement end-to-end test automation using Cypress or Selenium, focusing on UI and integration flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, improve quality processes, and ensure scalable test architecture.
- Work with GitLab for version control, pipeline configuration, and continuous integration of automated testing.
