Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) and microservices architecture.
Deep knowledge of AWS services (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS) and Kubernetes.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Strong expertise in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and OpenTelemetry.
Solid understanding of secure software engineering practices, including IAM, SAST, and DAST.
Strong ability to make architectural trade-off decisions based on system design, performance, and scalability.
Experience with Git, code reviews, refactoring, and resolving complex technical issues.
Leadership experience in guiding teams, setting standards, and promoting engineering excellence.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.

Lead the design and implementation of critical backend solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
Make architectural decisions for distributed systems, balancing performance, maintainability, security, and operational efficiency.
Guide and support engineering squads through code reviews, technical mentoring, and promotion of engineering best practices.
Define and enforce standards for REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations.
Design and oversee robust CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools to support multi-environment deployments.
Strengthen system observability and reliability through monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define and enforce security guidelines to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure production stability.
