Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies, with strong MuleSoft expertise.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of API-led architecture, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and XML data formats.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid architectures.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSL/TLS.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and experience working with U.S. clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Define integration standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across multiple teams and projects.
  • Design and oversee API-led connectivity solutions, including System, Process, and Experience APIs.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to integration engineers and development teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical architects to define scalable integration strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability across all integration solutions.
  • Conduct architecture and code reviews, enforcing governance and ensuring alignment with standards.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and architectural challenges across integration initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs and technical guidelines.
