Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, biology, business administration, logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in clinical logistics, pharmaceutical supply chain, or clinical research operations.
  • Good understanding of clinical trial processes, GxP regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or clinical supply distribution.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills in a matrix or global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external vendors and third-party providers, including negotiation and coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and reporting systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of clinical trial supply and logistics strategies in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure study timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations are met through proactive tracking, communication, and risk management.
  • Manage clinical supply planning activities including forecasting, inventory control, and supply scheduling aligned with study requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and procurement teams to define scope of work and negotiate logistics arrangements.
  • Maintain required project documentation, tools, and reporting systems to ensure operational transparency and compliance.
  • Monitor Pass-Through Costs (PTC) and support financial tracking, reporting, and cost control activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and team capability development.
  • Ensure alignment with GxP and ICH-GCP regulatory requirements across all supply chain activities.
  • Collaborate across global teams to adjust supply strategies based on evolving study needs and timelines.
