Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and execution plans.
- Solid analytical ability with comfort using data to validate ideas, evaluate performance, and inform product decisions.
- Strong user empathy and the ability to understand customer behavior, motivations, and pain points.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- High adaptability and motivation to move from analytical work into full product ownership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product and funnel analysis to identify friction points across user journeys and improve conversion and engagement metrics.
- Own user feedback loops by synthesizing insights from support, reviews, and research into actionable product recommendations.
- Support bug triage and resolution in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Lead scoped product initiatives such as landing pages, feature enhancements, and compliance-related updates, gradually expanding scope and ownership.
- Partner with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ship experiments and optimize product performance through iterative testing.
- Contribute to A/B testing strategy, experiment design, and data-driven decision-making to improve growth outcomes.
