Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within enterprise software, cloud, or AI-driven environments.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs involving APIs, distributed systems, or AI/LLM platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including agentic systems, orchestration workflows, and modern AI architectures.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams delivering production-grade SaaS or AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Microsoft enterprise ecosystem integrations.
- Strong skills in program execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent executive communication, organizational leadership, and analytical capabilities.
- Preferred experience with tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform operations is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and LLM-based initiatives, including agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across AI engineering, infrastructure, product, security, operations, and customer success teams.
- Manage program plans, dependencies, timelines, risks, and escalation paths across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to operationalize AI solutions within Azure and Microsoft enterprise environments.
- Oversee deployment readiness, including governance, responsible AI controls, compliance, observability, and production support planning.
- Define and implement scalable program management frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery best practices for AI initiatives.
- Track and communicate program health, delivery risks, and roadmap progress to executive stakeholders.
- Align technical teams and business stakeholders on priorities, scope, and execution timelines.
- Support enterprise integration efforts involving Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, APIs, and internal systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and cross-team collaboration models.
