Requirements
- Proficiency in Go for writing and maintaining production-grade services.
- Hands-on experience owning production Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments.
- Experience designing and operating GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows (e.g., ArgoCD or Flux).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, ingress).
- Ability to reason through failure modes and design tradeoffs.
- Ability to work independently and document decisions and tradeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve production-grade Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
- Lead incident response and drive post-mortems.
- Partner with application teams to onboard services onto the platform.
- Implement security controls such as RBAC, network policies, and secrets management.
- Contribute to CI pipeline integrations.
