Requirements
- Already working as a Staff Engineer with impact on department level.
- Extensive experience in modern software engineering and distributed systems.
- Strong architectural thinking and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Deep experience with event-driven systems and microservices.
- Experience with AWS-based architectures.
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data modeling, and data quality frameworks.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and agents.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing systems.
- Fluent communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural and technical leadership by driving scalable architectures.
- Support engineers hands-on in designing and implementing high-quality services, distributed systems, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders to align on architectural decisions.
- Evaluate and integrate AI technologies with measurable impact.
- Enable responsible AI adoption by defining best practices and reusable patterns.
- Mentor engineers and drive cross-team alignment to reduce complexity.
