Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 2–6+ years of experience building web applications in a production environment
- Experience contributing to full-stack systems including frontend, backend, and basic cloud infrastructure
- Comfort working with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Experience with Python backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional partners
Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain features across our application management and loan repayment platform
- Improve codebase clarity, reliability, and documentation
- Develop accessible user experiences and reliable APIs
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
- Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to system reliability, performance, and bug fixes
- Own services, support deployments, and participate in on-call rotations
