Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied ML roles.
- Demonstrated experience operating as the sole or lead Data Scientist.
- Strong experience with supervised and unsupervised ML.
- Practical familiarity with representation learning, sequence modeling, Transformers, LLMs, or GenAI.
- Experience handling large-scale structured, unstructured, or interaction datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas/Polars, and experiment tracking.
- Experience deploying ML models into production.
- Familiarity with Task Mining, Process Mining, or behavioral analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define the DS strategy, choose tools/frameworks, and establish best practices.
- Design and build Task/Process Mining solutions to transform raw interaction data.
- Develop and deploy ML systems and data pipelines for large-scale data.
- Build predictive and pattern-discovery solutions using supervised/unsupervised learning and GenAI.
- Establish foundations for dataset construction, evaluation, and feedback loops.
- Own projects from problem framing through production deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering on data instrumentation and production integration.
- Communicate findings and technical concepts to stakeholders.
