- Familiarity with AI-assisted operations.
- Consultative selling and advisory skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery to uncover customer challenges and align capabilities to business outcomes.
- Drive proof-of-value engagements demonstrating real outcomes like faster troubleshooting and reduced downtime.
- Architect and position solutions spanning network observability, telemetry, and automation.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Enable channel and strategic partners through technical positioning and GTM initiatives.
- Influence product direction by contributing customer insights and competitive intelligence.
