Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
National certification as a CPNP-PC or FNP-BC/FNP-C with substantial pediatric experience.
Active, unrestricted RN and APRN licensure.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
Demonstrated experience interpreting pediatric lab results and communicating findings to families.
Comfort with telehealth and video-based practice.
Highly responsive, proactive, and organized.

Responsibilities

Master the Grow protocols and 74-biomarker panel.
Review biomarker results across nutrient, metabolic, cardiovascular, blood/immune, and thyroid systems.
Lead 30-minute video walkthroughs to explain results and next steps.
Translate panel data into clear written plans including diet, supplements, lifestyle, and referrals.
Refine clinical protocols, reference ranges, and family-facing communication.
