Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, QA/Test Engineering, or Agile delivery roles
- Experience supporting enterprise software delivery in Agile environments
- Experience creating user stories, test scenarios, and supporting release activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with testing methodologies and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Exposure to Databricks through analytics platforms, reporting validation, testing, or enterprise data environments
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release validation, and Agile delivery activities
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across enterprise applications and analytics solutions
- Track defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support operational readiness activities
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners
- Support validation of reporting outputs, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platform solutions
- Participate in testing and validation activities involving Databricks-based reporting or analytics environments
- Maintain Agile documentation, process artifacts, and testing deliverables
