Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Robust backend proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Functional working knowledge of Python and Django.
- Solid hands-on frontend experience using React.
- Practical expertise in Data Management & APIs (GraphQL, SQL, or MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Data Infrastructure (Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile teams and remote environments.
- Fluent English for daily communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain multiple distinct frontends using React.
- Triage and troubleshoot production issues dynamically during live events.
- Manage and optimize event-driven messaging workflows using Kafka.
- Data routing through GraphQL APIs and SQL/MongoDB databases.
- Lead and coordinate technical efforts and cross-functional collaboration.
- Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews.
