Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in good standing
- Willingness to obtain licensure in Massachusetts once hired
- Previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker
- Proven commitment to patient impact and clinical outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse behavioral and physical health providers
- Growth mindset and agility to learn and adapt
Responsibilities
- Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
- Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused).
- Provide evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
- Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
- Positively contributes to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.
