Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client management, proposal writing, and government contracting.
- Strong understanding of SBA solutions and U.S. government procurement processes.
- Proven success in developing winning proposals for government contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal or project management tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across engagements.
- Lead the development, writing, and submission of government contract proposals, ensuring full compliance with SBA and federal requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to support proposal strategy, client recommendations, and solution development.
- Advise clients on government procurement processes and SBA programs, helping them position effectively for contract opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored strategies and align solutions with client goals and expectations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and proposal schedules to ensure timely and successful completion of submissions.
- Provide ongoing client support throughout the contracting lifecycle, addressing issues and ensuring smooth execution.
- Monitor industry trends, SBA guidelines, and federal procurement updates to inform strategic recommendations.
