Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SBA solutions and U.S. government procurement processes.
  • Proven success in developing winning proposals for government contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal or project management tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across engagements.
  • Lead the development, writing, and submission of government contract proposals, ensuring full compliance with SBA and federal requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support proposal strategy, client recommendations, and solution development.
  • Advise clients on government procurement processes and SBA programs, helping them position effectively for contract opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored strategies and align solutions with client goals and expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and proposal schedules to ensure timely and successful completion of submissions.
  • Provide ongoing client support throughout the contracting lifecycle, addressing issues and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, SBA guidelines, and federal procurement updates to inform strategic recommendations.
