Requirements
- Experience in corporate travel industry or customer service industry
- Recent experience with Sabre systems (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of managed on-line booking systems (Concur, DEEM) preferred
- Knowledge of corporate travel programs and travel terminology
- Strong customer focus and a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
Responsibilities
- Answering calls and assisting with on-line product questions
- Resetting passwords and assisting with flight, hotel, and car bookings
- Researching lower fares on alternate sites
- Cancelling reservations
- Issuing on-line tickets and managing ticket queues
- Handling ticketless reservations and split tickets
- Processing schedule changes and re-accommodating misconnects
- Modifying or deleting travel profiles
- Running tests to sync profiles to Sabre
- Updating travel policy and testing company sites
