Requirements
- 8-10+ years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing principles
- Experience managing data-related testing projects (data quality, migration, or integration)
- Experience within PMO structure
- Knowledge of banking regulations and data governance frameworks
- Proficiency in Agile project management and testing tools (JIRA, Confluence, TestRail)
- Strong PowerPoint/deck creation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Agile testing projects related to data management, data quality, and data migration within banking systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate the execution of test cases, monitor testing progress, and track defects to resolution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos with a focus on testing activities.
- Identify potential risks and blockers related to testing and work with teams to mitigate them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and data governance policies throughout testing processes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding testing status and quality metrics.
