Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in life sciences or healthcare
- Direct technology system implementation, maintenance, or continuous improvement experience
- Proven track record leading high-impact system implementations
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Technical ability to create corresponding technical solutions
- Knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on customer requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead life science customers in the configuration and implementation of Veeva’s Regulatory suite
- Manage software implementation projects through the full lifecycle including planning, requirements gathering, migration, configuration, validation, and go-live
- Conduct configuration requirements workshops to design, prototype, and document solutions
- Guide customers and internal teams through program and project management
- Serve as primary customer liaison for communication, risks, and project reporting
- Mentor project team and consultants
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, and Sales teams
