Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack developer.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
- Startup mindset with high ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C2).
- Experience with Docker and container-based deployment technologies.
- Knowledge of automated software testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to real-time data integrations and commission systems.
- Develop and maintain incentive programs like the Rewards Program.
- Maintain existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems.
- Build integrations with external systems and ensure data consistency.
- Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing.
- Leverage modern tooling and AI as part of the development workflow.
