Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic pharma and biotech accounts
- Build long-term client relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Lead commercial conversations and continuation processes
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Create and execute account growth strategies and execution plans
- Own revenue targets within assigned accounts
- Manage forecasting and commercial pipeline visibility
- Lead account expansion initiatives
- Support pricing and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with Delivery Managers, engineers, and architects
