  • Lead commercial conversations and continuation processes
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Create and execute account growth strategies and execution plans
  • Own revenue targets within assigned accounts
  • Manage forecasting and commercial pipeline visibility
  • Lead account expansion initiatives
  • Support pricing and commercial negotiations
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers, engineers, and architects
