Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Portugal
- Exceptional written skills with expert-level command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Prior experience in quality review, editing, transcription QA, or related fields.
- Strong critical eye for subtle errors in formatting and adherence to guidelines.
- Reliable computer, high-quality headphones, and stable internet connection.
- Ability to provide clear, professional written feedback.
- Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week for up to 6 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Review short audio transcriptions (~5 seconds) for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Approve accurate transcriptions or reject those requiring correction with clear, actionable feedback.
- Identify and correct errors in punctuation, formatting, and style-guide application.
- Support Analysts through constructive feedback to enhance overall quality.
- Flag recurring issues to the project lead for resolution.
