Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing large distributed engineering organizations
- Proven experience leading identity resolution, identity graphs, or large-scale data platforms
- Strong background in data engineering systems (batch and real-time architectures, distributed systems, APIs)
- Experience with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark, Airflow, or similar ecosystems
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)
- Demonstrated success building and scaling teams of 50+ engineers, including senior managers and directors
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Track record of delivering AI-driven or data-powered platform capabilities with measurable impact
- Ability to balance long-term architecture vision with hands-on technical and organizational leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end vision and execution of the Identity & Data Platform, ensuring scalable, low-latency, and highly reliable systems that support real-time and batch processing needs.
- Own the strategic roadmap for identity resolution, ingestion, enrichment, and activation across the full data lifecycle.
- Lead and scale a large engineering organization (50–60+ engineers), including managers and senior technical leaders.
- Drive advancement of identity graph systems, including deterministic and probabilistic matching across channels.
- Establish the platform as a foundational “context engine” powering AI-native applications and real-time decisioning.
- Partner cross-functionally with AI, product, and data teams to integrate identity services across the ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy and governance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Define and track platform KPIs including latency, accuracy, reliability, and system performance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, investment priorities, and long-term platform evolution.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop senior engineering talent while building strong succession pipelines.
