Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with databases (Snowflake or SQL Server Management Studio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Transform complex datasets into clear and meaningful visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work with multiple data sources to extract and process information.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Document data sources, reporting methodologies, and dashboard logic.
- Provide support and training to end-users.
