Requirements
- 7+ years as a Software Engineer with backend experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Experience designing and building APIs and services in distributed systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
- Experience in SaaS or Fintech environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable systems for the DAO platform.
- Own features from technical design through to production.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and standardize configurations across Credit Unions.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues independently within the DAO stack.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams, and external partners.
- Mentor team members and unblock colleagues through code reviews.
- Proactively address technical debt and platform reliability.
- Identify opportunities to deliver faster and more reliable solutions.
