Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in incident management or IT operations in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to manage high-severity IT incidents.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams under pressure.
- Hands-on experience with PagerDuty, ServiceNow, New Relic, or CloudWatch.
- Experience leading or mentoring others.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during crises.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- AWS training or certification.
- Experience in financial services or mortgage industry.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based monitoring or automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead incident bridge calls as Incident Commander.
- Coordinate response efforts across IT, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams.
- Prioritize rapid service restoration during active incidents.
- Drive the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.
- Ensure documentation and incident records are complete.
- Prepare executive-level incident reports and recurring metrics.
- Provide transparent updates to technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL and internal standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
