Requirements
- Proven experience designing and building production-grade RAG or LLM-based systems
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on coding experience
- Experience architecting AI systems end-to-end
- Deep understanding of AI guardrails, prompt injection protection, hallucination control, and system-level governance
- Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, .NET)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
- Experience implementing validation layers, response verification, and controlled output mechanisms
- Ability to design systems that require high accuracy, traceability, and deterministic behaviors
- Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions
- Comfortable working in regulated or high-risk environments
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of a RAG-based AI platform designed for clinical research environments
- Build systems that deliver reliable, governed, and production-ready intelligence
- Develop and maintain software solutions
- Ensure products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable
- Lead technical teams and drive architecture decisions
