Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles
- Strong expertise in SQL (CTEs, window functions, query optimization)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (warehouses, streams, tasks)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda)
- Good understanding of dbt
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight
- Familiarity with DynamoDB, NoSQL databases, and distributed data systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data platforms
- Build and maintain data solutions using Snowflake, Python, and AWS services such as S3, Glue, and Lambda
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries, including CTEs, window functions, and performance tuning
- Work with Snowflake components such as warehouses, streams, and tasks
- Develop and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt
- Build reporting datasets and support dashboarding solutions using Amazon QuickSight
- Perform data validation, integrity checks, and root cause analysis
- Integrate and manage data across multiple systems including DynamoDB and S3
- Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot production issues
