Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend software development
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or Golang
- Previous experience acting as a technical reference or Tech Lead
- Strong expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containers (AWS, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana)
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, or Sidekiq)
- Proficiency in SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Git, and Linux
- Experience with scalable RESTful API development
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies (LLM integrations)
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve core backend products using technologies such as Ruby on Rails or Golang
- Act in a hands-on technical leadership role
- Design and implement high-quality, maintainable code using clean architecture
- Support the integration of AI-based solutions and data-driven functionalities
- Mentor and guide engineers to foster technical growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define technical roadmaps
- Serve as a bridge between developers and engineering leadership
- Contribute to monitoring, scalability, and performance improvements
