Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Track record of building and launching new products or 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
- Expertise in user-centered product development and workflow analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, predictive systems).
- Experience in healthcare IT, MedTech, EHR systems, or clinical decision support (highly desirable).
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, EU AI Act).
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with a builder mindset.
- Experience working across engineering, clinical, and data teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the AI product vision within clinical practice management systems.
- Drive the full product lifecycle for new AI features, from ideation to scaling.
- Translate AI and machine learning capabilities into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Establish and track product success metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
- Prioritize product backlogs balancing innovation, feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
- Conduct user research with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Act as an internal AI subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with engineering and clinical experts for feature integration.
