Requirements
- 5+ years in integration or platform engineering
- 2+ years in financial services or insurance
- Strong hands-on experience with integration middleware/ETL
- Deep understanding of integration patterns: API, batch, event-driven, file-based
- Strong documentation and testing discipline for regulated environments
- Working knowledge of GDPR, data classification, and access control requirements
- Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery environments
- German language proficiency
- English language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data integrations that power actuarial, pricing, and risk systems
- Help design and implement automated regulatory reporting processes that are accurate, reliable, and compliant
- Connect and integrate systems across GRC, finance, and compliance to ensure smooth data flow
- Take full ownership of testing and quality assurance for critical, regulated data pipelines
- Keep documentation up to date, clear, and audit-ready at all times
- Work closely with stakeholders from Actuarial, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance as a trusted technical partner
- Contribute to agile delivery by taking part in sprint planning, refining requirements, and assessing feasibility
