Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
- Proven experience building cloud integrations with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or comparable middleware.
- Solid understanding of HR data concepts such as org structures, employee lifecycles, and master data hierarchies.
- Strong testing and QA discipline for integration solutions.
- Working knowledge of GDPR applied to HR data flows.
- Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery environments.
- Clear communication skills for technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to design for real-world edge cases.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and downstream systems like payroll, IAM, and finance.
- Support ongoing configuration, releases, and testing of SuccessFactors modules.
- Ensure data integrations comply with GDPR and regional data protection standards.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, architects, and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work within an agile environment on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feasibility assessments.
