Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
  • Proven experience building cloud integrations with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or comparable middleware.
  • Solid understanding of HR data concepts such as org structures, employee lifecycles, and master data hierarchies.
  • Strong testing and QA discipline for integration solutions.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR applied to HR data flows.
  • Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery environments.
  • Clear communication skills for technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to design for real-world edge cases.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and downstream systems like payroll, IAM, and finance.
  • Support ongoing configuration, releases, and testing of SuccessFactors modules.
  • Ensure data integrations comply with GDPR and regional data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, architects, and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Work within an agile environment on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feasibility assessments.
