- Deep familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of personal finance or retirement planning
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute posting across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar
- Create high-performing, shareable content that educates and sparks conversation
- Actively manage comments, conversations, and community interactions
- Track and improve key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and reach
- Identify platform-specific strategies to maximize performance
- Collaborate with Content, Video, PR, Brand, and Paid Marketing teams
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on traffic and funnel performance
